About Candace
I've been a Real Estate Professional for 20 years and I specialize in the listing and selling of properties. My reputation is based on honesty and high ethic values. I think that is because I was raised as a Military Brat. My service to my clients is hands on and my motto is "If I know it, you know it". I sell all levels of Real Estate, from high end all the way down to fixers, and give them all equal attention. I insist on keeping informed about the progress of each transaction and keep my clients thoroughly informed as we go through escrow. I schedule all inspections and " walk through's" as needed, often for the other agent involved in the sale. I go all out to see that the sale goes through and will dig in to debug a sale when needed from lenders, inspection issues or simply buyers with cold feet. I am a full service realtor but my first love is listing and selling Real Estate. |
